Great progress has been made at Roslin Glen by the young people from PAVE working on their Pathskillz project.
One of the paths was almost hidden because of grass growing on the surface. The young people have scraped this grass off revealing the original path surface.
The second area where they were working was very muddy and wet. They have removed all the mud and excavated a tray. They then laid a geotextile and started to infill the area with aggregate, to create a solid path surface that sheds water.
Next week we’ll be back to finish this off and do some pruning around some of the other paths in the area.
